      POWER HARVEST INFRASTRUCTURE

We Made
a Promise

Phi is a developer of STCs in locations that offer local and international connectivity and access to renewable energy sources.

The STCs are anchored by Data Centres and integrated into private electrical network and co-located facilities that can make use of the waste and that benefit from the low cost of power in the future.

Our Data Centre proposition is based on our 'Assured Sustainability' philosophy  ensuring that facilities are designed to be 'renewables ready'.

Designed to maximise revenue by integrating grid support energy solutions, including battery storage and hydrogen production and storage, whilst reducing capital plant spend.

Chris Miller

CRO & Co-Founder

Chris is an ex-army officer in the British Army’s Royal Armoured Corp with a BSc Hons in IT. Since leaving the British Army over 25 years ago, Chris has been working in the IT and Business services industries. He has successfully sold and delivered large business software solutions to major multinational corporations and government departments in the UK, USA, Europe, and Asia and has headed professional services divisions in the financial sector in the City of London delivering on aggressive P&L targets. He has also been involved in the several technology start-ups. For the last 20 years Chris has concentrated on business projects in the Data Centre industry. Chris has been involved in delivering major successful Data Centre projects throughout the UK and Europe and was instrumental in producing standards for the Carbon Trust in 2010 on the design, build and operations of sustainable Data Centres. At that point he formed Power Harvest to look at renewable energy power for Digital Infrastructure projects, but it was deemed too early from a technical, regulatory and ultimately from a commercial point of view. Regularly speaking at international Data Centre events, he excels primarily in aligning governmental departments and private sector organizations, regardless of size, with optimal Data Centre facilities and project locations. His focus remains steadfast on delivering the best business outcomes while maximizing value for all stakeholders in a sustainable and ethically responsible manner, both commercially and ethically. Chris was an initial shareholder and executive management team member for Chayora joining at its inception c2013 and was pivotal in the company raising c$500 million USD and building two major DC’s in mainland China, one to serve Beijing and one to serve Shanghai. Chris left Chayora in 2022 to repurpose his experience and expertise in the UK and EMEA to develop Sustainable Technology Campuses (STC) and produce a platform that can be replicated and delivered in multiple global locations.
