Chris Miller
CEO & Co-Founder
Chris, an ex-army officer and tank commander in the British Army with a BSc Hons in IT, brings over 30 years of experience across the IT, business services, and digital infrastructure sectors. As CEO and Co-Founder of Power Harvest Infrastructure (Phi), he is driving the development of High-Performance Data Centres and Sustainable Technology Campuses (STCs) that champion carbon-neutral energy.
He has delivered enterprise technology solutions for multinational corporations and government departments across the UK, USA, Europe, and Asia, including leading the professional services division at Sybase in London’s financial sector. Chris has overseen large-scale data centre projects throughout the UK, Europe, and APAC, and played a key role in shaping sustainability standards for the Carbon Trust in 2010.
As a founding executive at Chayora, Chris was instrumental in raising $500M USD and delivering two major data centres in mainland China. Since 2022, he has focused on scaling Phi’s STC model across the UK and EMEA, aligning government and private sector stakeholders around resilient, ethical, and sustainable infrastructure designed to be replicated globally.
Dan Kirtley
CFO
Dan, the CFO at Power Harvest Infrastructure, is an experienced Finance Professional with strong record of leading M&A transactions, deal structuring, and corporate fundraising. Energetic, commercial, and quick to build strong professional relationships, Dan employs excellent financial analysis and modelling skills to support close stakeholder engagement and negotiation.
Dan has a 20-year track record within large financial institutions, boutique M&A advisory and on the boards of operating businesses. He brings with him hands-on experience of guiding fundraising and M&A processes at the large / publicly traded end of the spectrum, through mid-market private equity to smaller SME trade sales.
Sydney Bennett-Miller
Head of Communications
As Head of Communications at Phi, Sydney brings a global perspective shaped by professional experience across four continents. A graduate in Modern Foreign Languages and Political Studies, fluent in French and German, she combines cultural fluency with a strong background in advertising and digital marketing to strengthen Phi’s voice on the international stage.
Sydney leads the development of Phi’s digital presence, public profile, and strategic messaging. Her work plays a key role in building trust and credibility with government stakeholders, private sector partners, and the wider digital community.
Mike West
Chair & Co-Founder
As Chair and Co-Founder of Power Harvest Infrastructure (Phi), Mike brings over 25 years of visionary leadership to the data center industry, with a strong focus on integrating renewable energy and setting new benchmarks in sustainable infrastructure. His strategic foresight has positioned Phi at the forefront of next-generation digital development.
Previously a founding investor and Technical Director at Chayora, Mike played a pivotal role in delivering hyperscale, high-performance facilities across Asia. His extensive track record includes global-scale projects that emphasize resilience, efficiency, and long-term value.
Mike’s leadership at Asia West Group further highlights his capabilities in acquisitions, funding, incubation, and delivering successful exits across the sector.
With hands-on experience spanning corporate, colocation, and hyperscale environments, he offers a rare depth of insight. He champions the adoption of international design standards and operational best practices, all grounded in a robust understanding of facilities management in critical engineering environments.
