Circular Economy
At the core of the Phi philosophy is to create a circular economy delivering social benefit locally and addressing the energy and environmental challenges local and national.

Phi decided to look at locations that were best suited to be connected to renewable/carbon zero power generation , mainly in the North of the UK. In mid 2021 a new sub-sea fibre was landed in Blackpool airport that connected the Isle of Man, Dublin and then to the USA. We have connectivity direct to the North East of England connecting to Norway and Denmark too. Creating a North Atlantic fibre route between USA and mainland Europe.
Off-Shore Power
The combination of large current and additional near-term off-shore wind power generation off the coast of Blackpool makes it the ideal location.
