London, UK – 30.07.2025

Power Harvest Infrastructure Ltd. (Phi) is proud to announce the appointment of Will Foord as Head of Energy. Will joins Phi with a distinguished career in energy infrastructure, commercial leadership, and strategic delivery across market-leading, blue-chip companies. His appointment marks a significant step in Phi’s mission to deliver carbon-neutral digital infrastructure and champion sustainable energy solutions.

With extensive experience across electrical supply, nuclear, and complex capital developments, Will brings deep industry knowledge and a proven track record of successful transformation. His leadership has shaped major initiatives, including the acquisition and delivery of two of the largest Extra High Voltage (EHV) substation projects in Central London, as well as the formation and execution of high-impact joint ventures between FTSE 100 companies.

Advancing Energy Innovation in the Age of Data

As AI and data-driven technologies drive exponential growth in digital infrastructure, data centres have emerged as one of the biggest contributors to global energy demand. Phi is addressing this challenge head-on by designing Sustainable Technology Campuses (STCs) that integrate data centres, carbon-neutral energy, and smart grid infrastructure.

Will Foord will lead Phi’s energy strategy, driving the acquisition and execution of energy assets and ensuring energy sovereignty and security for Phi’s STCs and stakeholders. His appointment strengthens Phi’s commitment to delivering scalable, low-carbon energy systems that serve the demands of future technologies without compromising environmental or economic resilience.

Will Foord on His Appointment:

“I’m excited to join Phi at such a critical time for the energy and data infrastructure sectors,” said Will Foord. “There is a unique opportunity to redefine how we power digital systems; by combining sustainability, security, and commercial viability. I look forward to contributing to Phi’s ambitious vision and collaborating across industries to build resilient, future-proof solutions.”

Powering the Future of Digital Infrastructure

As energy challenges continue to evolve, Phi is positioning itself at the intersection of innovation and sustainability. Will Foord’s appointment underscores the company’s focus on developing integrated energy systems that support not just the needs of today’s data-driven economy, but the long-term requirements of a carbon-neutral future.
